It is important for the hotel talents to master the necessary communication skills. English learning is part of these communication skills. This paper mainly expounds the problems existing in English teaching in higher vocational hotels,the advantages of using the flipped classroom mode to carry out English teaching in higher vocational hotels and the strategies of English teaching in higher vocational hotels under the flipped classroom mode.
