马克思主义理论在高校教育管理中的应用

The Application of Marxist Theory in College Education Management

当前高校开展教育管理工作时,通过马克思主义理论的应用,可提升学生的综合素质。文章对马克思主义理论进行概述,并对马克思主义在高校教育管理中意义进行分析,从教师对马克思主义理论认知程度不足、实施效果不明显两方面,指出高校教育管理中马克思主义理论应用现状,并对马克思主义理论在高校教育管理中的应用进行研究。

When colleges and universities carry out educational management work,the application of Marxist theory can improve the comprehensive quality of students.This paper summarizes the theory of Marxism,and analyses the significance of Marxism in the management of higher education.It points out the current situation of the application of Marxist theory in the management of higher education from the two aspects of teachers’inadequate knowledge of Marxist theory and the ineffective effect of its implementation. It also studies the application of Marxist theory in the management of higher education.
