摘要
随着事业单位绩效工资改革的不断推进,高职院校的绩效工资管理虽然取得了一定的进步,但还是存在不少问题,主要包括绩效工资总量不足、奖励性绩效工资项目繁杂不清、绩效考核体系不健全、绩效分配形式较单一、绩效分配方案难确定等。为进一步完善绩效工资管理体制,应扩大高职院校经费来源渠道;规范绩效工资项目;构建科学的绩效考核分配体制机制;实施更加灵活、更能体现业绩贡献的绩效工资分配形式;完善岗位设置,落实绩效分配方案。
With the continuous advancement of performance pay reform in public institutions,although the performance pay management of higher vocational colleges has made certain progress,there are still many problems,including insufficient performance payroll,unclear rewarding performance payroll projects,the unsound performance appraisal system,the single performance distribution form,and the difficulties of determing performance appropriation plan.In order to further improve the performance payroll management system,we should expand the sources of funding for higher vocational colleges;standardize performance payroll projects;build a scientific performance appraisal distribution system;implement more flexible and more effective performance payroll distribution forms;implement the performance allocation plan.
