基于高校新型法律关系视域下——高校学生会组织参与学生权益维护的实践探索

From the Perspective of New Legal Relationship in Colleges and Universities ——The Practice and Exploration of Organizing and Participating in the Protection of Students’ Rights and Interests in Colleges and Universities

高校学生权益保护问题已日益引起社会的关注,如何构建高校学生权益的保护机制成为解决问题的其中关键。本研究从高校学生组织参与学生权益维护的现实实践入手,根据其特征进一步完善学生权益保护机制,拓宽学生权益的内涵与外延,优化学生培养与管理机制,进一步彰显学生的主体地位。

College students’right protection problems have been increasingly caused social concerns.How to build college students’right protection mechanism has become the key to solving the problems.According to its characteristics,starting from the practical practice of college students’organizations participating in the maintenance of students’rights and interests,this study further improves the protection mechanism of students’rights and interests,expands the connotation and extension of students’rights and interests,optimizes the training and management mechanism of students,and further highlights the main position of students.
