高等教育作为教育事业中最重要的一部分,必须紧跟时代步伐不断深化教育体制改革。在高校中,二级学院办公室是学院党政直接领导下的综合办公部门。本文从二级学院办公室工作任务、工作现状、工作特点三个方面入手,重点探讨办公室工作水平如何在新时期进一步提高,并提出相应的对策。

As the most important part of education,higher education must keep up with the pace of the times and deepen the reform of the education system.In colleges and universities,the office of the secondary college is a comprehensive office department under the direct leadership of the Party and government of the college.This paper focuses on how to further improve the level of office work in the new era and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from such three aspects as the secondary college office work tasks,work status quo and work characteristics.
