摘要
SOLO分类理论是评价教师教学效果和学生学习质量的一种有效的质性评价理论。基于该理论,充分考虑学习成果的层次化和学习环境等因素,以《综合英语》系列课程教学为例,建立英语教学评价体系。该体系从三个层次(即多点结构、关联结构和抽象拓展)和三个考量维度(即学习内容、学习支持和教学模式),评估不同年级的教学目标达成情况和实际教学效果。进而,比照这一评价体系下大二该门课程的评价要求和课程学习目标,设计三个具体的教学评价环节,包括同行评价、学生课堂学习情况自评和作业测试结果。这种分阶段和层次的评价体系能够全方位观察教师教学效果和学生学习情况,实现对英语课程教学有一个较为全面的测评,也为英语教学评价提供一种行之有效的新思路和路径。
SOLO Classification Theory is an effective qualitative theory to evaluate teachers’teaching effect and students’ learning quality.Based on this theory,the hierarchy of learning results and the factors of learning environment,the teaching evaluation system of Comprehensive English Course is established.Meanwhile,according to the syllabus of the course for sophomores, three specific procedures of teaching evaluation are designed,including teachers’classroom observation,students’ course learning self - assessment and results of tests.In order to better observe the students’mastery of knowledge,training effect of skills and improvement of ability,course teaching and learning could have a more comprehensive evaluation.Hence, teachers could timely find out the problems existing in English course teaching as well as the countermeasures to solve them.
