高脂血症性胰腺炎保守治疗的临床效果分析

目的对高脂血症性胰腺炎保守治疗的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择该院在2015年12月-2018年5月期间收治的80例高脂血症性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照其病历单双号将其随机划分为对照组和观察组,每组40例患者。采用常规治疗的方式治疗对照组,在此基础上,应用低分子肝素治疗观察组患者,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果经过治疗后,对照组的AMS达到了(104.27±27.88)U/L,CRP达到了(5.94±2.03)mg/dL,TG达到了(5.59±1.46)mmol/L;观察组的AMS达到了(85.72±19.44)U/L,CRP达到了(4.35±0.97)mg/dL,TG达到了(4.39±1.01)mmol/L。在血清AMS、CRP和TG水平方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(t=4.55、4.37、4.43,P<0.05)。对照组的肠道功能恢复时间为(6.5±1.3)d,腹痛缓解时间为(5.4±2.1)d,住院时间为(16.3±2.9)d;观察组的肠道功能恢复时间为(5.2±1.2)d,腹痛缓解时间为(4.0±1.2)d,住院时间为(11.8±2.5)d。在肠道功能恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间和平均住院时间方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(t=4.807、4.674、4.581,P<0.05)。结论应用低分子肝素治疗高脂血症性胰腺炎患者具有很好的治疗效果,值得在临床上予以进一步推广和应用。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of conservative treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to their medical records,with 40 patients each.The control group was treated by conventional treatment.On the basis of this,the patients in the observation group were treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the therapeuticeffects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the AMS of the control group reached(104.27±27.88)U/L,the C.RP reached(5.94±2.03)mg/dL,and the TG reached(5.59±1.46)mmol/L;the AMS of the observation group reached(85.72±19.44)U/L,CRP reached(4.35±0.97)mg/dL,TG reached(4.39±1.01)mmol/L.There were significant differences in serum AMS,CRP,and TG levels between the two groups(t=4,55,4.37,4.33,P<0.05).The recovery time of intestinal function in the control group was(6.5±1.3)d,the time to relieve abdominal pain was(5.4±2.1)d,the length of hospital stay was(16.3±2.9)d;the recovery time of intestinal function in the observation group was(5.2±1.2)d,abdominal pain relieftime was(4.0±1.2)d,hospital stay was(11.8±2.5)d. The difference in bowel function recovery time,abdominal pain relief time and average hospitalization time was statistically significant different between the two groups(t=4.807,4.674,4.581,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis has a good therapeutic effect and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
