不同血液透析时机对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及生存质量的影响研究

Effects of Different Hemodialysis Time on Renal Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析不同的血液透析时机对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能与生存质量产生的影响。方法究对象选择该院2014年7月-2016年7月进行血液透析治疗的60例患者,并按照其血液透析的时机划分为两组,一组为观察组(及时透析组),另一组为对照组(非及时透析组)。对比两组患者的血液透析数据,通过比较研究其肾功能指标(GFR、Scr、BUN)、血脂指标(HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG)、生存质量变化(生理功能、社会功能、健康程度、情感职能、精神健康)等数据间的差异,判定不同血液透析时机可能产生的影响。结果该次研究结果显示,在肾功能方面,观察组在BUN指标上与对照组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),但是在GFR、Scr方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血脂指标数据方面,观察组的HDL-C、TC指标与对照组差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),但TG与LDL-C两项指标与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均显著优于对照组;生存质量方面观察组患者在生理功能、社会功能、健康程度、情感职能、精神健康5项指标上均要显著优于对照组。数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性肾衰竭患者来说,快速及时的血液透析方案能够在较短时间内改善患者的肾功能、血脂指标,并可以避免肾功能的快速恶化症状,极大地改善患者的恢复预后进度,保障其生存质量,因此需得到临床的高度重视。

Objective To analyze the effects of different hemodialysis opportunities on renal function and quality of life in patients with chronicrenal failure.Methods The study selected 60 patients who underwent hemodialysis from July2014 to July 2016,and divided them into two groups according to the timing of their hemodialysis.One group was the observation group(timely dialysis group),and the control group(non-time dialysis group).The hemodialysis data of the two groups were compared,and the renal function indexes(GFR,Scr,BUN),blood lipid indexes(HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG),quality of life changes(physiological function,social function,differences in data such as health,emotional function,and mental health)determine the possible effects of different hemodialysis opportunities.Results The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in the BUN index between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),but there were significant differences in GFR and Scr(P<0.05).In terms of blood lipid index data,the HDL-C and TC indicators of the observation group were no significant difference in the control group(P<0.05),but the two indexes of TG and LDL-C were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),which were significantly better than the control group.The quality of lifesocial function,health level,emotional function,mental health of the observation group were observed.All five indicators were significantly better than the control group.Data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic renal failure,the rapid and timely hemodialysis program can improve the renal function and blood lipid index in a short period of time,and can avoid the rapid deterioration of renal function,greatly improving the patient’s prognosis and ensuring the progress.Its quality of life needs to be highly valued by the clinic.
