超声乳化术治疗高度近视白内障的效果观察

Effect of Phacoemulsification on High Myopia Cataract

目的探讨高度近视白内障患者采取超声乳化术治疗的临床效果。方法对该院在2015年2月-2018年2月期间收治的50例高度近视白内障患者进行研究,对患者进行分组,分组方式为随机数字表法,将50例患者均分为研究组和对照组,各25例,对照组采取小切口白内障囊外摘除手术治疗,研究组则应用超声乳化术治疗,比较两组患者的视力恢复情况,前房深度以及最佳视力矫正情况,并观察两组的并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者视力在0.1以下0例,显著低于对照组(6例,24.00%),视力0.1~0.4约占总比例的8.00%,显著低于对照组(40.00%),视力在0.4以上约占比例为92.00%,显著高于对照组(36.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.818 2、7.017 5、17.013 9,P<0.05),研究组患者前房深度(3.9±0.2)mm显著高于对照组(2.7±0.3)mm,最佳视力矫正(0.5±0.1)优于对照组(0.2±0.1),差异有统计学意义(t=16.641 0、10.606 6,P<0.05),研究组的并发症发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(44.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.964 9,P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术治疗高度近视白内障患者的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的视力,且并发症少,安全性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in patients with high myopia cataract.Methods A total of 50 patients with high myopia cataract who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into groups by randomized digital table method.50 patients were divided into study groups and the control group of 25 cases were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction.The study group was treated with phacoemulsification.The visual acuity recovery,anterior chamber depth and optimal vision correction,and the complication occurrance were compared between the two groups.Results The visual acuity of the study group was less than 0.1 in 0 cases,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(6 cases,24.00%).The visual acuity of 0.1-0.4 accounted for 8.00% of the total proportion,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(40.00%).The visual acuity was 0.4 above proportion was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(36.00%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.818 2,7.017 5,17.013 9,P<0.05).The anterior chamber depth(3.9±0.2)mm was significant in the study group.Compared with the control group(2.7±0.3)mm,the best visual acuity correction(0.5±0.1)was better than the control group(0.2±0.1),the different was statistically significant(t=16.641 0,10.666 6,P<0.05),and the complication rate of the study group was 4.00%,was significantly lower than the control group(44.00%),and the comparison between groups showed statistically significant(χ^2=10.964 9,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of high myopia cataract patients is significant,can effectively improve the patient’s vision,and has fewer complications and high safety.It is worthy of further clinical application.
