复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪对皮炎湿疹患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平的影响 被引量:12

Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride on Th1/Th2 Cytokine Levels in Patients with Dermatitis and Eczema

摘要 目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪对皮炎湿疹患者Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平的影响及疗效。方法回顾分析于2017年12月-2018年12月期间在该院接受治疗的102例皮炎湿疹患者为研究对象,结合治疗不同方案分为参照组(盐酸左西替利嗪)、治疗组(复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪),且各组等分为51例,对所有患者经不同治疗方式后的Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平指标情况及临床效果进行评估与比对,并作出分析和总结。结果治疗组治疗后的Th1型细胞因子中的IFN-γ(75.9±7.8)ng/L、IL-2(15.6±0.8)ng/L,则明显高于参照组IFN-γ(53.5±12.7)ng/L、IL-2(12.7±1.1)ng/L,则Th2型血细胞因子中的IL-4(43.2±6.4)ng/L、LgE(163.1±12.5)ng/L,明显优于参照组IL-4(52.7±7.9)ng/L、LgE(198.3±3.5)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后瘙痒症状评分为(0.17±0.01)分、糜烂症状评分为(0.13±0.01)分、均明显低于参照组瘙痒症状评分为(1.44±0.28)分、糜烂症状评分为(1.12±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的临床总有效率为49例(96.08%),显著高于参照组临床总有效率的40例(78.43%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.485,P<0.05)。结论采用复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸左西替利嗪对皮炎湿疹患者的Th1、Th2型细胞炎性因子指标情况得以改善,获得临床效果佳。 Objective To investigate the effect and effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride on Th1/Th2 cytokine levels in patients with dermatitis and eczema.Methods A retrospective analysis of102 patients with dermatitis and eczema who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 was divided into a reference group(levitivizine hydrochloride)and a treatment group(compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride),and each group was divided into 51 cases.All patients were evaluated and compared with Th1/Th2 cytokine levels and clinical effects after different treatments,making analysis and summary.Results IFN-γ(75.9±7.8)ng/L and IL-2(15.6±0.8)ng/L in Th1 type cytokines after treatment in the treatment group were significantly higher than the reference group IFN-γ(53.5±12.7)ng/L,IL-2(12.7±1.1)ng/L,IL-4(43.2±6.4)ng/L,LgE(163.1±12.5)ng/L in Th2 type blood cytokines,significantly better than the reference group had IL-4(52.7±7.9)ng/L and LgE(198.3±3.5)ng/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had a symptom of pruritus after treatment(0.17±0.01)points.The scores of points and erosions were(0.13±0.01)points,which were significantly lower than the pruritus symptom score of the reference group(1.44±0.28)points and the erosion symptom score(1.12±0.24)points.The difference was statistically significant(t= 4.265,P<0.05);the total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 49 cases(96.08%),which was significantly higher than the 40 cases(78.43%)of the total effective rate of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.485,P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride can improve the inflammatory factor of Thl and Th2 cells in patients with dermatitis and eczema,and obtain good clinical results.
