护理干预与整体护理在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的应用效果对比

Comparison of the Effects of Nursing Intervention and Holistic Nursing in the Treatment of Diarrhea in Children in Autumn

目的分析护理干预和整体护理在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中的应用效果。方法将在该院治疗的60例小儿秋季腹泻患儿为研究对象,治疗时间在2017年1月-2018年1月。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组患儿30例,对照组性护理干预措施,观察组行整体护理措施。将两组患儿临床护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患儿临床护理总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=31.048 1,P<0.05)。此外,观察组经整体护理后患儿住院时间、退热时间以及止泻时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.502 4、3.852 8、9.1678,P<0.05)。结论整体护理在小儿秋季腹泻治疗中有较好的临床护理效果,可以提高患儿的治疗效果,促进患儿疾病更快的康复,可被推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention and holistic nursing in the treatment of diarrhea in children in autumn.Methods Sixty children with diarrhea in children who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study.The treatment time was from January 2017 to January 2018.Randomized digital method was divided into control group and observation group,30 children in each group,control intervention measures in the control group,and the observation group performed overall nursing measures.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical care in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.00%)and the difference wasstatistically significant(χ^2=31.0481,P<0.05).In addition,the hospitalization time,fever time and diarrhea time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(t=6.502 4,3.852 8,9.167 8,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing has a good clinical nursing effect in the treatment of diarrhea in children in autumn.It can improve the therapeutic effect of children and promote the faster recovery of children’s diseases.It can be promoted and applied.
