中西医结合护理干预对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响分析

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention on Maternal Milk Secretion in Cesarean Section

目的探讨分析中西医结合护理干预对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响。方法将2017年1月-2018年9月该院妇产科收入的64例剖宫产住院产妇分为两组,对照组产妇给予产科常规护理模式,观察组产妇采用中西医结合护理干预模式,评估产妇泌乳始动时间、乳汁分泌量、乳房胀痛发生率及母乳喂养情况。结果观察组产妇泌乳始动时间、乳汁分泌量分别为(27.7±2.4)h、(1 140.3±144.9)mL/d,与对照组的(38.1±4.6)h、(880.6±94.2)mL/d相比差异有统计学意义(t=8.261、-11.094,P=0.008、0.000);观察组产妇乳房胀痛发生率为9.4%(3/32)、人工喂养9.4%(3/32)及混合喂养率6.3%(2/32),均明显低于对照组的31.3%(10/32)、25.0%(8/32)、21.9%(7/32),两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.730、10.744、11.232,P=0.030、0.000、0.000);观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率为84.5%,较对照组产妇的53.1%更高(χ^2=7.273,P=0.007)。结论针对剖宫产产妇实施中西医结合护理干预,可有效刺激产妇早期泌乳,增加泌乳量,同时可降低产妇乳房胀痛发生率,提高母乳喂养成功率。

Objective To analyze the effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on the secretion of maternal milk in cesarean section.Methods 64 cases of cesarean section hospitalized women with gynaecology and obstetrics income from January 2017 to September 2018 were divided into two groups.The control group gave the general obstetric care mode.The observation group used the integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention mode.To assess maternal lactation initiation time,milk secretion,breast tenderness and breastfeeding.Results The starting time and milk secretion of the women in the observation group were(27.7±2.4)h and(1 140.3±144.9)mL/d,respectively,compared with the control group(38.1±4.6)h,(880.6±94.2)mL/d. The difference was statistically significant(t=8.261,-11.094,P=0.008,0.000);the incidence of maternal breast tenderness in the observation group was9.4%(3/32),artificial feeding 9.4%(3/32)and mixed feeding rate was 6.3%(2/32),which was significantly lower than31.3%(10/32),25.0%(8/32),and 21.9%(7/32)of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.730,10.744,11.232,P=0.030,0.000,0.000);the success rate of maternal breastfeeding in the observation group was 84.5%,which was higher than that of the control group 53.1%(χ^2=7.273,P=0.007).Conclusion The implementation of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention for cesarean section can effectively stimulate early lactation and increase the amount of lactation.At the same time,it can reduce the incidence of breast pain and increase the success rate of breastfeeding.
