二氧化氯预氧化强化混凝处理脱硫废水试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对燃煤电厂脱硫废水成分复杂,且常规“三联箱”工艺处理效果不佳的问题,采用二氧化氯预氧化强化混凝工艺处理脱硫废水,考察了二氧化氯投加量、混凝剂投加量、pH值、温度、反应时间等因素对脱硫废水中CODCr、TOC、浊度去除效果的影响。结果表明,在二氧化氯投加量为12mg/L,混凝剂投加量为180mg/L,氧化时间为60min,pH值为7.5,反应温度为40℃的最优条件下,TOC、CODCr、浊度的去除率分别达到50%、73%、88%。与常规“三联箱”工艺相比,脱硫废水的混凝效果得到较大程度的提高。 In view of the fact that desulfurization wastewater has complicated composition, using conventional triple box process to treat it cannot get satisfactory effect, chlorine dioxide preoxidation was adopted for its enhanced coagulation treatment, the influence of chlorine dioxide dosage, coagulant dosage, pH value, temperature, reaction time and some other factors on CODCr, TOC and turbidity removal from the desulfurization wastewater were investigated. The results showed that, under the optimal condition that the dosage of chlorine dioxide and coagulant were 12 and 180 mg/L respectively, the oxidation time was 60 min, the pH value was 7.5, the reaction temperature was 40 ℃, the removal rates of TOC, CODCr and turbidity reached 50%,73% and 88% respectively. Compared with the conventional process, the coagulation effect of the desulfurization wastewater was greatly improved.
