活性炭负载碳酸钡超声催化降解混合酚 被引量:4

Ultrasonic catalytic degradation of phenolic mixture by activated carbon supported barium carbonate

摘要 为了显著地提高混合酚废水的去除率,采用活性炭负载碳酸钡(BaCO3/AC)作催化剂,与超声波联用降解混合酚(对甲酚、邻氯酚、对氯酚)。在降解混合酚过程中,在浸渍液浓度为0.025mol/L,煅烧温度为750℃,活性炭投加量为10g的制备条件下,优选出最佳催化剂。在催化剂投加量为2.6g/L,超声功率为400W,pH值为5.67,超声60min的条件下,降解50mL初始质量浓度为100mg/L的混合酚,对甲酚、邻氯酚、对氯酚的降解率依次为97.74%、98.01%、98.39%。 In order to significantly improve the removal rate of phenolic mixture in wastewater, activated carbon supported barium carbonate was used as catalyst and combined with ultrasonic wave, so as to degrade the phenolic mixture which consisted of p-cresol, o-chlorophenol and p-chlorophenol. During the degradation process of the phenolic mixture, the optimal catalyst was prepared under condition that the maceration extract concentration was 0.025 mol/L, the calcination temperature was 750 ℃,and the activated carbon dosage was 10 g. Degrading 50 mL of phenolic mixture with initial mass concentration of 100 mg/L under the condition that catalyst dosage was 2.6 g/L, ultrasonic power was 400 W, pH value was 5.67,ultrasonic time was 60 min, the degradation rates of p-cresol, o-chlorophenol and p-chlorophenol were 97.74%, 98.01% and 98.39% respectively.
