摘要
目的本研究旨在探索医生视角下的医护沟通体验,为提高有效医护沟通、降低患者安全隐患提供依据。方法目的抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等综合性医院儿外科、小儿急危重症医学科的医生为研究对象。采用半结构式深度访谈法,访谈了10名工作满2年以上的医生,并采用Colaizzi现象学资料分析法予以分析。结果与患者安全相关的医护沟通体验包括医护有效沟通的阻碍因素、促进因素及逐渐好转的医护沟通现状三大主题。结论通过了解医护沟通体验,明确医护沟通的现存问题,以期为临床管理者提高医护有效沟通、降低患者安全隐患以及保障患者安全提供参考依据。
Objective To understand the core experiences of physicians about communication with nurses related to patient safety.Methods By purposive sampling method,doctors of pediatric surgery,pediatric emergency and critical care medicine in the hospital were selected as the research objects.Using semi-structured in-depth interviews,10 doctors who have worked for more than two years were interviewed and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis.Results The following three categories of participants’experience of communication with nurses were extracted from the analysis:(a)barriers to effective communication;(b)facilitating factors to physician-nurse communication;(c)gradually developing mutually complementary communication.Conclusions Through understanding the experience of medical communication,we can clarify the existing problems of medical communication,in order to provide reference for clinical managers to improve effective communication between doctors and nurses,reduce hidden dangers of patient safety and ensure patient safety.
