鼻咽癌患者生命意义感现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of Life Meaning in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查描述鼻咽癌患者生命意义感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法便利抽样法选取石家庄市3所三级甲等综合性医院住院治疗的160例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、生命目的测验量表调查其生命意义感现状,并进行影响因素的分析。结果鼻咽癌患者生命意义感总分为(56.58±3.28)分,处于较低水平;其中生活质量维度得分最高[(3.28±0.29)分],生命价值维度得分为最低[(2.31±0.21)分];多元线性回归结果显示,影响鼻咽癌患者生命意义感的因素主要有文化程度、宗教信仰、月收入和病程(均P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者生命意义感处于较低水平,不同文化程度、宗教信仰、月收入和病程的患者生命意义感具有差异性;临床医护工作者可根据患者个体情况进行针对性护理,以提升其生活质量。

Objective To investigate and describe the meaning of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 160 nasopharyngeal cancer patients hospitalized in three tertiary hospitals were selected by convenience sampling methood.The general information questionnaire,the meaning of life scale for cancer patients were used to evaluate their sense of life and quality of life.Results The total score of life significance of nasopharyngeal cancer patients was 56.5±3.28,which was at a low level.The scores of quality of life dimension were the highest(3.28±0.29),and the scores of value of life dimension were the lowest(2.31±0.21).The results of multivariate linear regression showed that the main factors influencing the sense of life significance of nasopharyngeal cancer patients were education level,religious belief,monthly income and course of disease(all P<0.05).Conclusions Nasopharyngeal cancer patients’sense of life significance is at a low level,and there are differences among different educational levels,religious beliefs,monthly income and course of disease.Clinicians and nurses can improve their quality of life by targeted nursing according to individual conditions of patients.
