摘要
针对现如今电梯频繁发生因机房温湿度过高而导致主机故障的问题,设计了一款由温湿度采集模块、主控机和监控中心组成的电梯机房温湿度智能调节系统.该系统采集模块选用支持ZigBee技术和Z-STACK协议栈的CC2530芯片来完成无线网络的组建、温湿度数据的采集、传输和对机房的智能调控;主控机以STM32F103芯片为处理器,将采集节点传输来的温湿度数据进行处理,最后再通过GPRRS网络上传至监控中心,以便进行实时监测.通过该系统不仅实现了机房温湿度的智能调节,从而避免电梯主机因温度过高而造成损坏的现象,还可解放劳动力、提高工作效率并节约能源.
In order to solve the problem that the elevator often breaks down due to the high temperature and humidity of the machine room, the intelligent temperature and humidity adjustment system was designed, which was composed of temperature and humidity terminal nodes, main control module and monitoring center. The CC2530 chip of this terminal node supports ZigBee technology and Z-STACK protocol stack. Those terminal nodes are used to establish wireless sensor network, transmit data and control temperature and humidity of the machine room. The main control module based on STM32F103, and the function of this part is to transmit temperature and humidity data to monitoring center through GPRS network for realtime monitoring. This system can not only avoid the damage to elevators caused by the high temperature and humidity of the machine room, but also reduce the manpower, improve the work efficiency and also save energy.
