摘要
设计了一种加装于老旧电梯的意外移动保护装置(UCMP).介绍了加装该装置在通用性、独立性、合规性、以及稳定性方面的要求,分析了系统设计方案,对制停子系统的选择进行了比较,对检测子系统需具备的功能进行了描述.最后给出了具体的实现方法,设计了检测子系统安全电路.
A protection against unintended car movement(UCMP) applied to existing old elevators is designed. The requirements for the generality, independence, compliance, and stability of the installation are introduced. The system design scheme is analyzed, the selection of the braking subsystem is compared, and the functions required by the detection subsystem are described. Finally, the realization method is presented, and the safety circuit of the detection subsystem is designed.
