5S健康教育管理模式对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼依从性及预后的影响

Effect of 5S management method for health education on postoperative functional exercise compliance and prognosis in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨5S健康教育管理模式对乳腺癌术后功能锻炼依从性及预后的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年8月间西安市长安区医院收治的行乳腺癌手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者在治疗后采用常规管理模式,观察组患者在常规管理模式基础上联合5S健康教育管理模式。比较两组患者管理5d、10d和15d后功能锻炼依从性评分,比较两组患者生活质量评分和满意度情况。结果管理5d、10d和15d后,观察组患者功能锻炼依从性评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。管理前,两组患者的精神健康情况、生理职能情况和社会功能情况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。管理15d后,两组患者上述指标均升高,且观察组患者上述指标均显著高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对进行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者实行5S健康教育管理模式,有效提高了患者术后功能锻炼依从性以及患者的生活质量,有助于患者的康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of 5 S health education management method on postoperative functional compliance and prognosis in patients with breast cancer. Methods One hundred patients who underwent breast cancer surgery at Chang’an District Hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group. patients in the observation group were given 5 S health education management method for health education and patients in the control group were given conventional management. The functional exercise compliance scores were compared between the two groups at 5,10,and 15 d after the management.The quality of life( QOL) scores and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results At 5,10,and 15 d after the management,the functional exercise compliance scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Differences in the mental health status,physiological function and social function scores between the two groups were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). At 15 d after the management,the mental health status,physiological function and social function scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). Patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion The 5 S health education management mode effectively improves the postoperative functional exercise compliance and the patient’s quality of life in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. It is helpful for the rehabilitation and is worthy of promotion and application.
