摘要
为了突破我国对进口石油平台用耐泥浆电力电缆的依赖,展开了石油平台用耐泥浆电缆护套料配方的研究。通过对以丁腈橡胶(NBR)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)为基料无卤耐泥浆电力电缆护套材料配方中的主要成分EVA、聚酯增塑剂、炭黑含量调整时制作的试样的门尼黏度、机械性能、老化性能、耐油性、耐浸钙溴海水性、耐油泥性等性能进行测试和评估,获得了无卤耐泥浆电力电缆护套材料配方成分最优配比。当配方中添加EVA和聚酯增塑剂后,材料的加工性能得到有效改善;当EVA含量为30份、增塑剂含量为5份、炭黑含量为50份时,材料的机械性能、老化性能、耐油性、耐浸钙溴海水性、耐油泥性均可控制在标准要求的范围内,且与其他配方相比更为经济、合理。
In order to break through the dependence of China on imported mud-resistant power cables for oil platforms, the formulation of mud-resistant power cable sheath material for oil platforms is studied. Through testing and evaluating the Mooney viscosity, mechanical properties* aging properties, oil resistance, resistance to calcium bromine seawater and oil sludge resistance of the samples prepared by adjusting the content of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), polyester plasticizer and carbon black, which are the main components of the halogen-free mud-resistant power cable sheath material based on nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and EVA, the optimum formulation of halogenfree mud-resistant power cable sheath material is obtained. When adding EVA and polyester plasticizer in the formulation, the processing performance of the material is effectively improved. When the content of EVA is 30 phr, the content of plasticizer is 5 phr and the content of carbon black is 50 phr, the mechanical properties, aging properties, oil resistance, resistance to calcium bromine seawater and oil sludge resistance of the material can be controlled within the standard requirements, and it is more economical and reasonable than other formulations.
