为了保证动车组列车的安全运行,研制了动车组用31/54 kV型软电缆。详细介绍了该电缆的性能设计要求、结构设计、材料选择和关键工序的生产控制。该电缆可同时满足标准DIN VDE 0250 Teil 813中的电气性能、EN 50264中的耐油耐酸碱和EN 45545中的低烟无卤阻燃环保性能等要求。该电缆产品已通过了投产鉴定,综合性能达到国际先进水平。

In order to ensure the safe operation of EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train, 31/54 kV flexible cable for EMUs is developed. The performance design requirements, structure design, material selection and production control of key processes of the cable are introduced in detail. The cable can meet many standard requirements at the same time, such as the electrical performance of DIN VDE 0250 Teil 813 , oil, acid and alkali resistance of EN 50264 and low-smoke, halogen-free flame retardance and environmental protection of EN 45545. The cable product has passed the commissioning appraisal and its comprehensive performance has reached the international advanced level.
