摘要
介绍了在煤基活性炭加工行业中,立式辊磨机用于粉磨无烟煤的设计要点和实际应用效果,并与传统的无烟煤粉磨设备进行了对比分析。结果表明,立式辊磨机在煤基活性炭加工领域中得到了充分应用,其单位产品能耗和设备损耗都较传统的磨粉机系统低,且生产效率高,具有应用价值。
The paper introduced in detail the design points and practical application effects of the vertical roller mill applied to the grinding of anthracite in the coal-based activated carbon processing industry, and compared it with traditional anthracite grinding equipments. The results showed that the vertical roller mill had been fully applied in the coal-based activated carbon processing industry, and its specific energy consumption and equipment consumption were lower than those of the traditional mill system, while the production efficiency was higher. It was of application value.
