摘要
筒体衬板和格子板是大型半自磨机实现物料粉磨和排出的重要部件,其结构除与矿石性质、工艺流程等因素有关外,还与磨机粉磨效率、作业率和通过量有重要关系。根据衬板的结构特点,结合实际使用情况,对大型半自磨机不同结构的筒体衬板和格子板进行了对比分析,为同类大型磨机衬板结构的选择提供了参考。
The shell liner and the grate plate are the important components for the large SAGA mill to realize material grinding and discharge. Their structure not only relates to mineral features and processing flow etc., but is concerned with the grinding efficiency, productivity and throughput of the mill. According to the structural features of the liner, and in combination with actual application, different-structured shell liner and grate plate of the large SAG mill were comparatively researched, which offered reference for the selection of liner of the same large SAG mill in structure.
