钩吻生物碱散的成型工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了确定钩吻生物碱散的最佳处方与成型工艺,筛选增强流动性、抗湿性、适口性的辅料,通过测定钩吻生物碱干浸膏粉与辅料混合物的休止角、吸湿百分率、相对临界湿度,统计分析优选配方。试验结果表明,钩吻生物碱散成型工艺的最佳处方为干浸膏粉与辅料(乳糖∶无水葡萄糖质量比为1∶1)的比例为6∶94,该成型工艺所制散剂流动性较好,不易吸湿,且简单易行,可大规模生产。 Objective:To optimize the forming process of Herba Gelsemii Elegantis alkaloid powder,to scree the auxiliary materials for enhancing fluidity, moisture resistance and palatability. The optimum formula was statistically analyzed by measuring the resting angle,hygroscopic percentage and relative critical humidity of the mixture of auxiliary materials and the dry extract powder. The optimal forming process prescription of Herba Gelsemii Elegantis alkaloid powder was made up of dry extract powder and ingredients,the rate of which was 6∶94,and the ingredients were made up of equal lactose and glucose.Conclusion:The results showed that the forming process of Gelsemium elegans Benth alkaloid powder not only improved its mobility and moisture proof capability ability,but also was simple,convenient and fitted mass production.
