中药常山和黄柏中常山碱含量的比较研究

Dichroine comparison of Radix Dichroae and Cortex Phellodendri

鉴别常山和伪品黄柏,应用高效液相色谱法进行常山碱含量测定。结果表明,3批常山和黄柏中常山甲素的平均含量分别为0.326%和0.004%,常山乙素的平均含量分别为0.243%和0.002%。提示黄柏中常山甲素和常山乙素的含量极低,不具备常山的药效活性,为常山药材鉴别和质量评价提供了参考。

Dichroine content of Radix Dichroae and Cortex phellodendri were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the average content of α-dichroine from Radix Dichroae and Cortex phellodendri were 0.326% and 0.004% respectively,the average content of β-dichroin were 0.243% and 0.002% respectively. The results suggested that the febrifugine content of Cortex Phellodendri was extremely low,which could not have good efficacy. The above study provided reference for the identification and quality evaluation of Radix Dichroae.
