播期对直播一年生当归药材形态与物质积累的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究在不同海拔条件下播种时期对直播一年生当归药材形态与物质积累的影响,以期为直播一年生当归栽培技术提供理论和技术依据。方法:以去翅当归种子为试验材料,分别在低海拔非当归种植区和当归传统种植区地块设置4月3日、4月13日、4月23日、5月3日4个播期处理,观察生育期生长动态,秋季采挖后测定药材形态指标和物质积累量。结果:随着播种时间的推迟,当归药材根长、芦头茎粗和分支数均呈降低的趋势,植株地上部和药材地下部物质积累量也随着播期推迟逐渐下降,且在同一播期条件下低海拔处理均高于高海拔处理。结论:直播一年生当归种植应在春季土壤解冻后尽早进行。 Objective:The effects of sowingtime on root morphology and material accumulation of direct sowing under different altitude conditions were studied to provide theoretical and technical basis for the cultivation of annual Angelica sinensis of direct sowing. Methods:The seeds of dewing Angelica sinensis were used as test materials,and four sowing dates were set in the nonangelica planting area and the traditional planting area of Angelica sinensis,respectively,on April 3,April 13,April 23 and May 3,to observe the growth dynamics during the growth period,and the morphological indexes and material accumulation of the medicinal materials were measured after the autumn harvest. Results:With the delay of sowing time,root length,stem thickness and branch number of radix Angelica sinensis showed a trend of decrease,and the amount of root material accumulation in plants and roots decreased gradually with the sowing period,and low altitude treatment was higher than high altitude treatment in the same sowing period. Therefore,annual Angelica sinensis ofdirect sowing should be plantedas early as possible after the soil thawed out in spring.
