摘要
通过湿法涂覆和自由发泡法,制备了发泡NBR-金属复合密封板,对比了传统发泡剂(OBSH)与微球发泡剂对发泡NBR微观形貌的影响,探索了不同微球发泡剂的发泡倍率,并研究了发泡剂用量、发泡温度对密封板发泡的影响。结果表明,聚合物发泡微球与NBR硫化体系的配合性优于传统发泡剂OBSH,利用微球发泡剂可制备厚度为1200μm,发泡倍率高达4.40的发泡NBR-金属复合密封板;扫描电镜结果说明,复合密封板的发泡均匀,具有良好的耐油性及力学性能。
Stainless steel reinforced foamed rubber was prepared by wet method and free foaming process. The effects of traditional foaming agent(OBSH) and foaming hollow polymer microspheres on the micro-morphology of foamed acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber were compared. The foaming ratio of different microsphere foaming agents, and the influence of the amount of the foaming agent and the foaming temperature on the foaming of the sealing plate were studied. The results showed that the compatibility of polymer foamed microspheres with NBR vulcanization system was better than that of traditional foaming agent OBSH. The stainless steel reinforced foamed rubber with thickness of 1200 μm and expansion ratio of up to 4.40 could be prepared by using microsphere foaming agent.Scanning electron microscopy showed that the composite sealing plate had uniform foaming and good oil resistance and mechanical properties.
