摘要
研究了碳纳米管(CNT)、氧化石墨烯(GO)以及预分散碳纳米管/石墨烯(PCG)3种新型纳米填料对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)高温撕裂性能的影响,并探讨了撕裂强度随温度的变化规律。结果表明,随着温度的升高,EPDM基体的撕裂强度逐渐降低,3种纳米填料对EPDM基体的耐高温撕裂性能均有所改善。综合来看,CNT对胶料耐高温撕裂性能的提升效果最好。
The influence of carbon nanotube(CNT)/graphene oxide(GO)/predispersing carbon nanotubes/graphene oxide(PCG) on the tearing performance of EPDM and the effect of temperature on tearing strength was studied.The results showed that all three nano-fillers improved the high temperature tear resistance of EPDM.In a comprehensive view,even though the tear strength of EPDM decreased gradually with the increased of temperature,CNT had the best effect on high temperature tear resistance of EPDM.
