摘要
以硅烷偶联剂A和铝酸酯偶联剂B为原料改性4A沸石(ZEO),与天然橡胶(NR)共混制备了ZEO/NR-A和ZEO/NR-B复合材料,并研究了不同偶联剂用量对改性4A沸石/NR复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,与铝酸酯偶联剂B相比,硅烷偶联剂A与4A沸石表面的羟基基团有更好的结合能力;ZEO/NR-A的硫化性能、力学性能、加工性能优于ZEO/NR-B,当偶联剂的质量分数为3%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳,分散性能最好。
ZEO/NR-A and ZEO/NR-B composite materials were obtained by modifying 4 A zeolite with silane coupling agent A and aluminate ester coupling agent B as raw materials and compounded with natural rubber. The influence of different components on vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical properties and dynamic properties of modified 4 A zeolite/natural rubber composites were studied. The results showed that compared with aluminate coupling agent B, silane coupling agent A had better binding ability with hydroxyl groups on the surface of zeolite 4 A. ZEO/NR-A was superior to ZEO/NR-B in vulcanization, physical and mechanical properties and processing properties. When the mass fraction was 3%, ZEO/NR-A had the best comprehensive performance and the best dispersion.
