摘要
在心理健康框架下,生涯教育与心理健康教育的目标都是帮助学生促进积极心理品质和个人生涯发展,两者相辅相成、相互促进。心理健康是为进入职业生涯所做的必要准备,职业生涯促进个体实现人格完善和更高水平的心理健康。通过对“心理健康与职业生涯”课程标准文本分析发现,课程标准按照从“小我”到“大我”的逻辑思路,具有继承性、发展性和时代性。建议该课标在实施过程中,准确把握课程定位,坚持育人为本,结合时代特征,在遵循教育规律和学生心理发展规律基础上,充分利用体验式学习培养学生的健康人格和职业生涯规划能力,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。
Within the framework of mental health,the goal of mental health education coincides with career education,which is to help students to gain positive mental health and achieve career development.Mental health education and career development education promotes each other.Mental health is a necessary preparation for career,and professional career could promote personality integration and higher mental health.By text analysis,"Mental Health and Professional Career"Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools is logically documented from"little self"to"larger self",which is successive,developmental and adaptable.It also organically integrated of the past two syllabuses of mental health"and ucareer planning".Furthermore,it enriched the education and teaching methods of the new curriculum.It is suggested that in the implementation process,we should accurately grasp the curriculum orientation,adhere to the enlightening function of education,combine the characteristics of the times,and make full use of experiential learning to cultivate students'healthy personality and career planning based on the rules of education and the law of students'psychological development,thus to promote the all-round development of students'moral,intellectual,and artistic development.
