舒筋通络方在下肢静脉曲张气虚血瘀证治疗中的应用价值

Application value of Shu Jin Tong Luo decoction in treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of lower extremity varicose veins

目的研究舒筋通络方在下肢静脉曲张气虚血瘀证治疗中的应用价值.方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月于北京京煤集团总医院治疗的下肢静脉曲张气虚血瘀证患者共160例,将其中接受西医治疗的88例患者归为对照组,另72例接受西医治疗加口服舒筋通络方的患者归为研究组,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生存质量变化及患者满意度.结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.44%高于对照组82.95%;研究组总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者生存质量各评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组平均住院时间低于对照组;研究组治疗总满意率为95.83%高于对照组84.09%;研究组整体满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论舒筋通络方可明显干预下肢静脉曲张气虚血瘀证的治疗效果及预后,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者的生存质量及治疗满意度,临床应用价值较高,值得进一步研究及推广.

Objective To study the application value of Shu Jin Tong Luo decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of lower extremity varicose veins. Method A total of 160 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of lower extremity varicose veins treated in Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected. Among them, 88 patients received western medicine treatment were classified as the control group, and 72 patients received western medicine treatment plus oral Shu Jin Tong Luo decoction were classified as the study group. The therapeutic effect, quality of life and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the study group was 94.44% higher than that of the control group 82.95%, and the overall effect of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05);The average hospitalization time of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the total satisfaction rate of the study group was95.83% higher than that of the control group 84.09%;The overall satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion Shu Jin Tong Luo decoction can significantly interfere with the therapeutic effect and prognosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of varicose veins of lower extremities, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, improve the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of patients,and has high clinical value, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
