基于双绕组永磁容错电机驱动系统的强鲁棒性开路故障诊断策略研究 被引量:7

A Strong Robustness Open-circuit Fault Diagnosis Strategy Based on the Dual-winding Fault-tolerant Permanent Magnet Motor Drive System

摘要 双绕组永磁容错电机驱动系统具有高可靠性和强容错性等优点,是一种极具前景的容错电机驱动系统。针对双绕组永磁容错电机驱动系统目前存在的因负载突变或运行在空载/轻载情况下而出现误判断的问题,基于双绕组永磁容错电机驱动系统,提出改进型归一化平均电流派克矢量法结合防系统空载或轻载误判断处理器的强鲁棒性开路故障诊断策略。通过理论研究、仿真和实验结果验证该诊断策略不存在系统空载、轻载或负载突变条件下传统故障诊断策略导致的误判断问题,并可实时、准确的诊断系统单一功率管和单相绕组的开路故障,提高系统的鲁棒性。 Dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor(DWPMM) drive system has the advantages of high reliability and strong fault-tolerance, and it is a promising fault-tolerant motor drive system. However, the common open-circuit fault diagnostics have the defect of false alarms in the case of load change suddenly or the DWPMM drive system operates under no-load or light-load condition. In view of this,a new strong robustness normalized average current open-circuit fault diagnostic strategy based on the high reliable DWPMM drive system was proposed and studied. The robustness of the proposed open-circuit fault diagnostic strategy was verified by theory analysis, simulation research and experimental results. It can improve the robustness of fault diagnosis effectively and overcome the issue of false alarms when load change suddenly or system operates under no-load or light-load condition. The detection and localization of single power switch or single phase winding open-circuit fault can be realized rapidly by the proposed open-circuit fault diagnostic strategy.
