摘要
以水胶比为0.38的新拌玄武岩混凝土为对象,研究水胶比、砂率、骨料材质及钢纤维对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度与耐久性的影响,结果表明玄武岩混凝土和石灰岩混凝土均具有大流动性,玄武岩混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度略高于石灰岩混凝土,均能满足混凝土泵送要求。相同配合比的玄武岩混凝土和石灰岩混凝土的耐久性基本一致,氯离子渗透级别相同。
This paper studies the effects of water-cement ratio, sand ratio, aggregate material and steel fiber on the performance, compressive strength and durability of concrete, taking fresh basalt concrete with water-cement ratio of 0.38 as the research object. The results show that both basalt concrete and limestone concrete have high fluidity. The compressive strength and flexural strength of basalt concrete are slightly higher than that of limestone concrete. It can meet the requirements of concrete pumping. The durability of basalt concrete and limestone concrete with the same mix ratio is basically the same, and the chloride ion penetration level is the same.
