摘要
首钢3.5m中板厂轧机位于主轧区DE跨57线至59线柱列之间,四辗轧机牌坊单体重量大,厂房天车不能完全满足吊装要求,设备锈蚀,拆除难度较大。采用绞旋平移进行拆除安装,介绍绞旋工装构成,分析拆除过程工艺及注意事项,应用效果较好。
The rolling mill in 3.5m medium-plate plant of Shougang Group is located in the DE span of main rolling zone between 57 and 59 peristyles. Some factors produced big difficulty for the dismantlement construction, such as the single four-high rolling mill is heavy, travelling hoist in the factory plant could not completely meet the lifting requirement and equipment suffers from corrosion. This paper used the articulation translation method for the dismantlement construction, to discuss the key points in dismantlement process. It was found that this method could realize favorable dismantlement effect.
