探讨全髋与半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效

目的:探究在发生股骨颈骨折的老年患者的治疗中采用全髋与半髋关节置换术的临床疗效.方法:选取在我院诊断为股骨颈骨折的老年患者60例为研究对象,确诊时间为2015年1月-2018年10月,将所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组行半髋关节置换术,观察组行全髋关节置换术,对2组所取得的临床疗效进行比较.结果:术后髋关节功能比较,观察组93.33%,明显高于对照组66.67%,术后不良反应发生率比较,观察组10.00%,明显低于对照组36.67%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对患有股骨颈骨折的老年患者的治疗中采用全髋关节置换术的效果更佳,可显著改善患者的髋关节功能,降低术后不良反应的发生,有较高的临床价值.

Objective: To explore in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture with the clinical curative effect of total hip and half a hip replacement. Methods: selected in our hospital diagnosed as femoral neck fracture of elderly patients with 60 cases as the research object, the diagnosis time for from January 2015 to October 2018 , all of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, the control line half a hip replacement, observation group total hip replacement, progress on two groups of clinical curative effect comparison. Results: postoperative hip function comparison,(93. 33%) of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (66. 67%), and compare the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,(10. 00%) of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group (36. 67%), and comparison was statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: for patients with femoral neck fractures in the treatment of elderly patients with total hip replacement effect was better ,could significantly improve patients with hip joint function, reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions, had high clinical value.
