摘要
目的:探究MOTOmed智能训练系统对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响.方法:选择102例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组52人,对照组50人.对照组采取常规的康复治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上增加MOTOmed智能训练系统的上肢功能训练.对这102名患者进行8周的康复治疗.在治疗前后均采用Ashworth量表(MAS)评估患者上肢肌张力、Fugl-meyer评定量表中的上肢部分(FMA-UE)评估上肢运动功能、改良barthel指数(MBI)评估患者的日常生活活动能力.结果:8周治疗结束后,2组患者的FMA-UE和MBI的评分指数均比之显著提高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前后2组患者MAS评分均呈下降趋势,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:常规的康复治疗配合MO-TOmed智能训练系统能够较明显的改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能.
Objective: To investigate the effect of MOTO med intelligent training system on upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 102 patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 52) and control group ( n = 50 ) according to the principle of random distribution. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training. The observation group increased the upper limb function training by using MOTOmed intelligent training system on the basis of the control group. The 102 patients were treated for 8 weeks. They were evaluated with modified Ashworth scale ( MAS), Fugl 一 Meyer assessment ( FMA 一 UE) and modified Barthel index ( MBI) before and after treatment. Results: After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA 一 UE and MBI were higher than before ,and the observation group was superior than the control group ( P <0. 05). The scores of the spasticity scale of the two groups were descending after treatment, and the decrease of the observation group was more obvious ( P <0. 05). Conclusion: It was that routine rehabilitation training combined with MOTOmed intelligent training system could significantly improve the upper limb motor function in stroke patients.
