中央苏区闽赣省党的建设的教训

Lessons from Party Building in Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces in Central Soviet Areas

闽赣省是中央苏区的重要组成部分,在中国革命历史上占有重要地位。中央红军长征后,闽赣省全域游击战争未能坚持,省级机关完全解体,这一结局与其在党的建设方面存在的问题有很大关系。这些问题主要表现在政治思想建设和组织领导比较薄弱、组织路线和干部政策上存在失误、群众路线的贯彻执行不到位等方面,从而造成党的领导未能完全确立,广大干部的积极性遭受打击,苏区群众基础不牢固,最终遭受失败。闽赣省党的建设的教训极其深刻,值得很好吸取和总结。

Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces were once the important parts in the Central Soviet Areas and has occupied an important position in the history of Chinese revolution. After the Long March of the Central Red Army,the whole-domain guerrilla warfare in Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces failed to persist and thus the provincial organs were completely disintegrated. This result was closely related to the Party ’s construction. There existed many problems in Party building in Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces. The problems were mainly manifested in the weakness of political and ideological construction and organizational leadership,mistakes in organizational line and cadre policy,and inadequate implementation of the mass line,etc. As a result,the leadership of the Party has not been fully established,the enthusiasm of the cadres has been frustrated,and the mass foundation in the Soviet Area has not been solid. All of these have led to the ultimate failure. The lessons learned from Party building in Fujian and Jiangxi Province were extremely profound,which deserved to be well absorbed and summarized.
