毛泽东、朱德率红四军主力离开根据地井冈山向赣南游击时,遇到许多困难,也发生过一些意想不到的事情。他们有针对性地颁发了多份命令或布告,一方面彰显共产党和工农红军的宗旨、政策、任务,一方面宣布红军纪律。从《红四军在宁都筹款通知》和《布告·红军第四军军部第十一号令·关于保护寻乌医院的命令》,可以看出毛泽东、朱德善于利用小事细事来对红军进行规矩、纪律教育,而且常做常新。《布告·命令》还表明保护现代文明的物质成果也是红军的任务和纪律,闪烁出了现代文明的光芒。对它们深入研究,具有一定意义。

The Order and Notice also shows that protection of the material achievements in modern civilization became also the tasks and disciplines of the Red Army,which is of great significance today.
