农村留守儿童社会工作的实践与反思——基于X村留守儿童小组工作实务的探讨

The Practices and Reflections on Social Work of Left-behind Children:——A Case Study on Group Work of Left-behind Children in X Village

农村留守儿童问题已经成为当前政府和社会广泛关注的社会问题。社会工作作为旨在推动人与环境适应性平衡的特殊专业和职业已介入农村留守儿童领域。本研究以一个农村留守儿童小组为案例,探索农村留守儿童社会工作的具体实践,并在此基础上反思农村留守儿童社会工作的发展。研究发现,是否具备相应的政策空间是社会工作介入农村留守儿童领域的前提。在政策支持下,社会工作可以从微观层面的服务及宏观层面的倡导介入农村留守儿童问题。社会工作要在宏观上意识到促进留守儿童家庭功能的回归,才是解决农村留守儿童问题的根本。

In recent years, left-behind children have become a social concern for our government of all levels. As a special profession for the promotion of social equity and justice, social work engaged in providing services to left-behind children. This paper attempts to take as a case study a left-behind children group in a village, aiming at exploring the practice of social work for left-behind children and at reflecting the development of social work for left-behind children. This paper argues that policy space is the premise of social work interference for the left-behind children. With the policy support, social work can help the left-behind children in village from macro interference and micro services. Social workers come to realize that family return is the fundamental issue for the left-behind children.
