三维斑点追踪技术评估心肾综合征患者心肌运动的应用进展

The advances in the application of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging technology in assessment of the myocardial movement for patients with cardiorenal syndrome

摘要 近年来随着病理生理机制研究的不断深入及探测手段的多样化,心肾综合征的重要性越来越广泛地被临床医师所认知,超声对该类患者的心肌运动评价指标也从普通的二维超声,发展到现在可以实现多方位实时评价局部心肌及整体心功能情况的三维斑点追踪技术,对识别心肾综合征患者心肌受损程度有着重要的意义及作用。本文将对该技术在心肾综合征患者中评估心肌运动的应用情况进行阐述。
