摘要
药源性肝损伤是目前临床肝损伤的常见类型。导致肝损害的药物种类较多,主要有抗结核药、解热镇痛药、抗肿瘤药、抗生素、糖皮质激素及中草药等。本文归纳综述天然多糖对对乙酰氨基酚、异烟肼、利福平、氢化可的松及抗肿瘤药环磷酰胺、紫杉醇、甲氨蝶呤和顺铂等药物诱导肝损伤的预防和治疗作用研究进展,为今后研究和开发抗药源性肝损伤的多糖类新药提供参考。
The drug-induced liver injury is a clinically common type liver injuries. Many drugs can result in the liver damages, including antituberculotics, antipyretic analgesics, antitumor drugs, antibiotics, glucocorticoids and traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and so on. This paper summarizes the protective and therapeutic effects of natural polysaccharides on the drug-induced liver injuries, focusing on the injuries induced by the drug, paracetamol, isoniazid, rifampicin and hydrocortisone, and the antitumor drugs, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel, methotrexate and cisplatin, in order to provide a reference for future research and development of polysaccharide drugs for the treatment of liver injuries induced by these drugs.
