摘要
热泵膜蒸馏装置具有结构简单、能耗低、可在常压下实现料液的低温分离等特点;在对热泵膜蒸馏装置工作原理进行简要介绍的基础上,建立了装置的动态数学模型,对关键工况参数、膜组件性能、热泵性能、装置总体性能随运行时间的变化规律和辅冷器不同散热量对装置参数的影响进行了计算分析,结果表明通过调整辅冷器散热量可实现对装置工况参数的调控。
The heat pump membrane distillation device had the characteristics of simple structure, low energy consumption, and low temperature separation of the liquid at normal pressure. Based on a brief introduction to the working principle of the heat pump membrane distillation device, a dynamic mathematical model of the device was established. The calculation and analysis of the key operating conditions parameters, membrane module performance, heat pump performance, overall performance of the device with the change of running time and the influence of different heat dissipation of the auxiliary cooler on the device parameters were carried out. The results showed that the regulation of the operating conditions of the device could be realized by adjusting the heat dissipation of the auxiliary cooler.
