摘要
以API610BB2泵型为例使用有限元仿真软件ANSYS,进行了转子的强度计算分析,分析方法采用实体单元20节点六面体单元186号和10节点四面体单元187号组合。通过对转子的模态与强度进行计算分析,最终确定了满足实际运行要求的泵转子强度设计方案。
Taking API 610 BB2 pump as an example, the strength of the rotor was calculated and analyzed by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS. The analysis method was based on the combination of entity unit 20-node hexahedron unit 186 and 10-node tetrahedron unit 187. Through the calculation and analysis of the modal and strength of the rotor, the design of the strength of the pump rotor that met the actual operation requirements was finally determined.
