摘要
通过对大型列管式换热器的管板工件在钻削工序的装夹系统工艺中的刚性分析和研究,设计制作了一套增强数控钻床钻削工艺系统刚性的液压辅助支撑系统。该系统实现了过程自动化控制,具有较强的实用性和灵活性,提高了管板管孔的加工质量和加工效率。
Based on the analysis and Research on the process rigidity of clamping system for tubesheet workpiece of large tubular heat exchanger in drilling process, a hydraulic auxiliary support system for enhancing the rigidity of drilling process system of NC drilling machine was designed and manufactured. The system realized process automation control, had strong practicability and flexibility, and improved the processing quality and efficiency of tubesheet hole.
