摘要
高校创业教育经历20余年发展已取得丰硕成果,但在实践层面遭遇国家、社会、高校管理层积极推进与学生、家长、一线教师保守应对的"外热内冷"之现实矛盾,深刻影响创业教育的深入推进。"以物为本"的工具逻辑的创业教育理念迷失、创业教育教学范式"同质化"、创业教育家校合作沟通机制缺失以及创业教育师资激励机制单一是其理性归因。回归创业教育之本真,从确立多元整全的创业教育价值理念、完善创业教育教学范式、构建创业教育家校合作帮扶机制和健全创业教育师资特色发展模式等方面突破高校创业教育实践瓶颈,促进创业教育的深度推进与全面发展。
Entrepreneurship education has achieved fruitful attainments in more than 20 years. However, it has been confronted with the contradictions between the active promotion of the state, society along with university management and the negative response of students, parents as well as teachers in practice, which has a profound impact on the further promotion of entrepreneurship education. The rational attribution of entrepreneurship education lies in the instrumental logic of "material-oriented", the serious trend of "homogeneity" in its teaching paradigm, the neglect of attention and guidance to parents’ thoughts in entrepreneurship education, and the simplification of incentive mechanism for teachers. Returning to the essence of entrepreneurship education, some measures should be taken so as to promote the further and comprehensive development, which include deepening the value concept of entrepreneurship education, perfecting the teaching paradigm of entrepreneurship education, building the interactive platform of entrepreneurship information in home schools and improving the development model of teachers’ entrepreneurship characteristics.
