摘要
师生关系是教学过程的重要因素,对学生学习成效、成果都有直接而显著的影响。当下师生关系存在明显的师生关系理念认知逐渐退化、师生关系生成基础走向物化、师生关系基本黏度趋向弱化、师生关系育人作用逐渐软化等问题。大学生合理增负既是未来高等教育人才培养的基本特征,也是一流本科教育教学的根本趋势。大学生合理增负的本质是强化高校人才培养过程、提升本科教育教学质量、落实高校立德树人的根本任务。大学生合理增负的推动实施,将会对高校人才培养和本科教育教学产生前所未有的影响,尤其会对高校师生关系产生不小的挑战,对师生关系的理念、基础、黏度和作用都提出新的要求和挑战。立足于新的教育教学背景,构建基于师生合作共建、共同发展的新型师生关系就显得尤为必要。
Teacher-student relationship is an important factor in the teaching process, which has a direct and significant impact on students’ learning effectiveness and results. At present, there are problems in the relationship between teachers and students. They are obvious deterioration on the cognition of teacher-student relationship, the materialization of the formation basis of it, the weakening of its basic viscosity and the softening of its role in educating people. Reasonable increase of undergraduate students’ burden is the basic feature of higher education personnel training in the future and the fundamental trend of first-class undergraduate education and teaching. The essence of increasing students’ burden reasonably is to strengthen the process of talent cultivation,improve the quality of undergraduate education and teaching, implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities. The promotion and implementation of the reasonable increase of college students’ burden will have an unprecedented impact on the current talent cultivation and undergraduate education and teaching in colleges and universities, especially have a big challenge on the relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities, and put forward new requirements and challenges on the concept,basis,viscosity and role of teacher-student relation. On the background of new education and teaching, it is particularly necessary to build a new teacher-student relationship based on the cooperation and common development between teachers and students.
