摘要
进入新时期,"立德树人"理念得到内涵式发展,这进一步明晰了高校教育改革与实践的方向。文章聚焦探讨"立德树人"理念对高校教育管理的启示:首先,剖析了当前高校教育管理中存在的典型问题;其次,解析了基于立德树人的高校教育管理的基本逻辑;最后,提出以"立德树人"为引领,探索新时期高校教育管理的变革与实践的可行路径,进而不断完善教育管理制度与机制。
In the new period,the concept of morality education has been developed in an implicit way, which further clarifies the direction of higher education reform and practice. This paper focuses on the enlightenment of the concept of morality education to the education management in colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper analyses the typical problems existing in the current educational management in colleges and universities, then analyzes the basic logic of educational management based on the concept of morality education. Finally, this paper puts forward the idea of morality education as a guide to explore the possible ways for the reform and practice of the management in universities in the new period, so as to continuously improve the system and mechanism of education management.
