“双一流”建设背景下高校学部制改革的逻辑起点、实践目标和路径选择 被引量:5

摘要 新的知识生产方式和人才培养方式在当今科技发展日新月异的背景下产生极大的变化,伴随着"双一流"建设深入推进,一些高校开始尝试学部制的内部管理体制改革以适应外界环境的变化和需求。文章认为,学部制改革应该与大部制改革协同推进,学部内部应努力形成具有雁阵效应的学科生态,在学部管理体制上应该形成有利于协同治理的权力运行结构体系。具体的学部制改革路径选择应该坚持"虚"与"实"相结合、"学科导向"和"问题导向"相结合、"聚合"和"整合"相结合。 With the rapid development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in the new mode of knowledge production and talent training. With the deepening of the "Double-first-class" construction, some universities have begun to try to reform the internal management system of the academic department system in order to adapt to the changes and needs of the external environment. The research holds that the reform of the faculty system should be coordinated with the reform of the super department system;the discipline ecology with wild goose queue effect should be formed within the faculty;and the power operation structure system conducive to the cooperative governance should be formed in the faculty management system. In the specific path selection of the reform of the faculty system, we should adhere to the combination of "virtual" and "real","subject-oriented" and "problem-oriented","aggregation" and "integration".
