含苯基(糖基)和嘧啶基哌啶结构的1,2,3-三唑类化合物的设计、合成与生物活性 被引量:1

Synthesis and Biological Activity of Novel 1,2,3-Triazoles Containing Substituted Phenyl(Glycosyl) and Pyrimidihyl-piperidinyl Moiety

摘要 [目的]寻找较高活性和杀菌谱更宽的杀菌剂先导化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]设计合成了一类含有取代的苯基(糖基)和嘧啶基哌啶的1,2,3-三唑类化合物。[结果]合成12个结构新颖的含有取代的苯基(糖基)和嘧啶基哌啶的1,2,3-三唑类化合物,结构经过核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、高分辨质谱(HMRS)或元素分析确证,并进行杀菌活性测试研究。[结论]杀菌活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物对对苹果轮纹菌和小麦赤霉菌表现了很好的活性,与百菌清相当。 [Aims] This study aims to search for a novel 1,2,3-triazoles lead with broad-spectrum activity, high potency and then to carry out structural optimization.[Methods] A series of 1,2,3-triazoles containing substituted phenyl(glycosyl)and pyrimidihyl-piperidinyl moiety were designed and synthesized.[Results] Twelve novel 1,2,3-triazoles derivatives were synthesized, their structures were confirmed by1 H NMR, HMRS or elemental analysis.[Conclusions] The fungicidal activities in vitro of target compounds against six fungi indicated that some of the compounds showed good fungicidal activities, which deserves further research.
