摘要
[目的]为评价5种杀菌剂对黄瓜白粉病的防治效果,为黄瓜白粉病的防治提供理论依据。[方法]分别采用盆栽试验法和常规喷雾法进行室内毒力测定和田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明:20%四氟醚唑·醚菌酯SE的EC50值为1.9301 mg/L,对黄瓜白粉病有很强的抑制作用,显著优于其他4种杀菌剂。田间药效试验结果表明:在推荐剂量下,5种杀菌剂对黄瓜白粉病均具有良好的防治效果,其中20%四氟醚唑·醚菌酯SE防治效果显著优于其他药剂,其药后7、14 d的防治效果分别为80.87%、78.21%。[结论]20%四氟醚唑·醚菌酯SE是防治黄瓜白粉病的有效药剂。
[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the control effects of five fungicides on cucumber powdery mildew, and further to provide theoretical basis for prevention and control of cucumber powdery mildew.[Methods] The pot experiment and conventional spray methods were used for toxicity and field efficacy.[Results] The toxicity test results showed that tetraconazole·kresoxim-methyl 20% SE had stronger inhibition to cucumber powdery mildew with EC50 value of 1.9301 mg/L, and the efficacies was significantly better than the other four fungicides. The field results showed that tetraconazole·kresoxim-methyl 20% SE had better control effect and long effective period to cucumber powdery mildew, and 7, 14 days after spraying, 80.87 and 78.21% control effect could be achieved at recommended dosage.[Conclusions] Tetraconazole·kresoxim-methyl 20% SE was an effective fungicide against cucumber powdery mildew.
